As a headset for your phone these are good. People can hear you clearly and you can hear them just a well.
As headphones for music they are missing a lot of bass response but otherwise have very good sound.
Pairing can be a royal pain. They use the same button for pairing/power. This can be troublesome as you have to know whether they are turned on or off before pairing, which is not as easy as it sounds. I ended up always plugging them into a power source before trying to pair. (Plugging them in automatically turns them off)
Charge time is about three (3) hours which is very good.
Lastly they could really have used some ear pads. If you have a small head they are great but the band is kind of small and does not adjust well.
