Bluetooth Music Quality In The Car?

Has anyone used bluetooth for the music connection on their car stereo? Hows the sound quality?
Obviously I don’t expect competition grade over bluetooth, but the car i’m looking to use it in has all stock speakers anyhow… Is it at least as good as the cassette adapter we’re using already?

Yes I use it from my Blackberry Bold to the car head unit and the quality is as good as it can be. The quality and bit rate of the wma or mp3 track is the most important. I prefer 192bit rate .wma and that sounds just fine to me. no cracles or hisses at all.
