MY EARLOBE TURN RED AFTER WEARING IT FOR 1 HOUR. THERE IS NO PADS TO PROTECT THE EARLOBES. EVERY TIME WHEN YOU TURN YOUR HEAD, THE WIRE STICK TO YOUR SKIN AND PULL ON THE EAR PIECES. SOUND SYSTEM CUT IN AND OUT. YOU HAVE TO PUSH THE EAR PIECES TOGETHER WITH YOUR HANDS ALL THE TIME IF YOU WANT IT SOUND CLEARER. WHO IS THE IDIOT THAT DESIGN THIS ?

Wearing these headphones is similar to being punched in the face. I feel as though I may as well have a couple of dog turds resting on my head. They push my ears out like a cartoon elf, and they don’t come anywhere near fitting my ears. The end result? I am out 125 bucks, I can’t hear my music or calls worth a damn, I look like an idiot, and I feel like a horse’s behind. Thanks, Jaybird!

This product fails on price, quality, and functionality.
I haven’t been this let down by a product in a very long time. I was very excited to get these headphones. My iPhone headphones were just about shot and the idea of a sweat proof wireless headset was great.
Right out of the box however there are issues. The charger does not work. Placing the headset in the charge is like a game of Operation in reverse. Getting the light to turn on and stay on is nearly impossible. Once the device is finally charged – I think because I never saw a blue light – the headset did pair quite easily with the iPhone. (3G running 3.0 OS).
Then came the pain of actually putting them on. Several other reviewers here have commented on the poor design. Didn’t feel right at all, and when I looked in the mirror, I was surprised my ears could stand out that far from my head!
The device is poorly made and ridiculously over priced, but I would have over looked that if it work! Unfortunately it does not.
The Pause/Play button doesn’t work when listening to music. The Previous Song and Next Song do not work with the iPhone. This is now on their web site, it wasn’t when I ordered them.
I tested the phone capability by calling my voicemail. The message I left was unintelligible when I listened to it.
Then I tried to make a few phone calls. The audio simply wasn’t there.
If you are in the market for a headphone that you can charge, wear comfortably, control and listen to music, AND make a phone call, look elsewhere.
Do not buy this product.

First of all I am an engineer and i like to think i know a little bit about electronics.
This item is expensive, I got mine even thought it was not suggested in the reviews and the ratings where so low. Well, it broke in less than two weeks. after wasting my time with their customer services department (worst ever) they approved my RMA which I sent promptly. It has been a month and I have not receive the replacement. Thanks god I sent it with a delivery confirmation else they would have made me believe the item was never received back. Also, sent in the original packing to avoid any reason for them not to sent the replacement.
Anyways….
Item is expensive however looks very cheap. Breaks down easily. CSR non existence. CSR does not respect customers after they have gotten your money.
I am going to start my quest now to get my money back…

I have a pair of Motorola Bluetooth headphones that are good, but I liked the size and lack of a band on these Jaybird headphones. I ordered them from Amazon, and I have been QUITE pleased with them. They came within two days. I charged them up for about an hour and was listening to my cell phone .mp3s in about an hour and a half after I opened the box. I could not be happier with this purchase.
